Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your subscription within 48 hours of scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $50. No refund will be given after payment is given. Renewal Policy: Your subscription to our media service is billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew each month on the original date of sign-up. Payment will be charged to your selected payment method unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date. We will send you a reminder 7 days before any upcoming renewals. Reschedule Policy: Reschedules must be made within 48 hours of appointment to avoid $50 reschedule fee. Important Notes: Canceling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments.
